Insurance Reimbursement Information

Some insurance plans allow subscribers to “self-bill” when seeing an out-of-network provider. If this is the case with your insurance plan, I can provide you a receipt for your at time of service payment which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (directly to you). Please check with your insurance company/plan for details.
