L & I and Auto Insurance Accepted:

If you have been injured in an auto accident (PIP), or a have a work-related injury (L & I), Enumclaw Massage Therapy has specific treatments to help you increase/regain your ability to function. Treatments for injuries/chronic pain are diagnosis-specific. Once you obtain a diagnosis from a physician along with a referral for massage therapy, I will work based upon that diagnosis.

Insurance Reimbursement Information

Some insurance plans allow subscribers to “self-bill” when seeing an out-of-network provider. If this is the case with your insurance plan, I can provide you a receipt for payment which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (directly to you). Please check with your insurance company/plan for details.
